The rates

The Apartment am KaDeWe I and Apartment am KaDeWe II are available at the following rates:

Night 1 and  2

1 person                          75 €

2 persons                        80 €

3 persons                        90 €

4 persons                       100 €

5 persons                       110 €

6 persons                       120 €
 

These rates include the final cleaning fee that de to new government legislation have to be added to the rates for the first nights. Therefore, the rates for the following nights at the Apartments am KaDeWe I and II are as follows:

Nights 3 - x

1 person                         60 €

2 persons                       65 €

3 persons                       75 €

4 persons                       85 €

5 persons                       95 €

6 persons                      105 €
 

For the  Studio Apartment am KaDeWe the rates are as follows:

Night 1 and 2:

1 person                          62,50 €

2 persons                        72,50 €

3 persons                        82,50 €

4 persons                        92,50 €

These rates also include the final cleaning fee that due to new government legislation has to be stated in the original rate. Therefore the prices for the next nights at Studio Apartment am KaDeWe are as follows: 

Nights 3 - x

1 person                           50 €

2 persons                         60 €

3 persons                         70 €

4 persons                         80 €

A private parking spot can be hired for  4 € per day which is recommended if you are travelling by car because the apartments are located in the inner city parking zone.

Please also consider that you need an emission badge when driving in this area of Berlin.

Check-in und Check-Out

Check in is possible after 2 p.m and on the day of departure we would appreciate it if you could vacate the apartment till 11 a.m.

Of course this can be handled individually according to occupancy of the apartments. Please contact us for details. Please advise us as accurately as possible about your arrival time well in advance as we welcome you in your chosen apartment.

A key deposit will be taken from you upon hand-over of the keys and the opener for the boom gate of the parking area and will be returned when the keys are returned to us upon departure.

Please note that the full amount for the rental period is due upon arrival.

We do not accept credit cards or cheques.
